      Unfortunately, the pressure in the medical community is heavy. A lot of individuals in care work tend to focus all or a majority of their energy on others, and often forget to take care of themselves. I think as a community, we need to remind each other to put on our mask first. If we can’t breath, our care for others suffer. I think if we take the approach of caring for ourselves first makes us better at caring for others, we can see a major shift.
